Satisfaction?

So as I said I asked my relative to give me clue on a scale of 1-10, how satisfied she was on completing the reading of my novelette, (1=not at all, 10=totally, couldn't be more)...

She said 7, explaining that she just would have liked for the parts of the story that where still untold, to be told, she loved the book, but was left wanting to know more, like there was questions without answers, so now my task is to answer these questions.
