Introduction...

I have recently settled into the idea of becoming a writer, I have for sometime now been working on film scripts and story's, and have decided to turn all of those idea's into novels.

I have just started my first Novel and have called it 'Hummingbirds' (there will be more on that soon), I have also been encouraged and inspired by two great books I have just finished reading, it's quite funny, I never disliked reading, but rarely finished a book, then with the decision to focus more on writing myself, I find myself finishing two books within weeks.

reading and absorbing the story within these two books, I now believe more than ever I was meant to be a writer, with the vivid way I love to tell story's, being descriptive, but quite selective about what i choose to describe and what i choose not to, something I noticed both writers above also do, I believe this gives the reader more freedom when imaging characters and surroundings, places etc.

So I have set up this blog to sort of track my thoughts, continue writing on a daily basis, share what I experience as a rookie writer setting out to write and then publish my first book and to also post reviews of books I have read or great articles I have come across online and even other bits and pieces in line with becoming a writer, perhaps interviews found online with established writers and helpful tips and advice.
